Thanh Protein

The 20g of protein is the real deal here—it actually keeps me full until dinner. I’ve tried other protein bars that taste like chalk, but this one genuinely feels like a candy bar, just without the crash later.

I grabbed one mid-afternoon when the sugar cravings hit, and it actually kept me full until dinner. 20 grams of protein per bar is no joke, and it satisfied my sweet tooth without that jittery crash I usually get.

The texture is what gets me—it’s chewy and satisfying, not chalky like most protein bars I’ve tried. I keep one in my bag for that mid-afternoon sweet craving and it genuinely kills the sugar urge without a crash later.
