Bánh Protein

The 20g of protein per bar is no joke—I actually feel full for a couple hours after eating one, which is rare for a snack. It’s got that sweet, chewy texture that hits the spot, and I don’t get that jittery feeling I usually get from other candy-like bars.

These have replaced my afternoon candy stash completely. The 20 grams of protein actually keeps me full until dinner, and it tastes like a proper dessert without any of that chalky aftertaste.

I usually get a sugar crash an hour after any sweet snack, but these bars keep me steady for the whole afternoon. The 20g of protein in each bar is no joke, and it actually tastes like a treat instead of a chore.
