Thanh Protein

The caramel flavor hits that late-night sugar craving without any jittery aftermath, and 20g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch. I've already reordered twice this month.

The texture is what gets me—chewy enough to feel like a real treat but not sticky, and the 20g of protein actually keeps me full until dinner. I grabbed a box of mixed flavors and every one so far has nailed that dessert vibe without any sugar crash afterward.

The caramel one is my go-to when I'm craving something sweet after lunch, and the 20g of protein keeps me full until dinner without any of that jittery feeling I get from sugary bars. Even my picky teenager will grab one from the fridge, which says a lot.
