蛋白質零食

The texture is what got me—chewy but not sticky, and it actually tastes like a dessert instead of a chalky protein bar. I've tried a lot of these and the 20g per bar keeps me full until dinner without the sugar crash.

These are my new go-to when that 3pm sugar craving hits but I'm trying to stay on track. The bar is chewy and actually tastes like a treat, not a chalky protein block, and the 20g of protein keeps me full until dinner.
