Proteinsnacks

I keep a box in my desk drawer for that mid-afternoon sweet craving, and the 20g of protein actually makes it feel like a smart choice instead of a guilty one. The lack of a sugar crash afterward is the real selling point for me.

The 20g of protein per bar is spot on, and I actually forgot I was eating a snack instead of a candy bar until I felt full afterward. No jittery sugar rush, just a solid pick-me-up that keeps me going past lunch.

These have been my go-to afternoon snack for three weeks now, and the 20g of protein genuinely keeps me full until dinner. No sugar crash after, which is a huge win since most snacks like this leave me sleepy.
