I like that it has 20g of protein, but the sweetness is a bit overwhelming for me — almost like a candy bar. Still, it works in a pinch.
The 20g of protein is nice, but these bars are sweeter than I’d like for a snack. They do curb my sugar cravings, just not as long as I hoped.
