Eiwitsnacks

I was skeptical about finding a snack that actually keeps me full through the afternoon, but these bars really do the trick with their 20 grams of protein. The texture is chewy and satisfying, and I love that I don't hit that sugar crash a couple hours later.

The chocolate coating gives just enough sweetness without that weird artificial aftertaste, and the 20 grams of protein actually kept me full for a solid three hours after my workout. I've tried plenty of bars that claim that, but this one honestly delivers.

The 20 grams of protein really does keep me full until my next meal, and I love that there’s no sugar crash afterward. I’ve been grabbing one post-workout and it hits the spot without tasting like a chalky bar.
